Announcing conditions for providing Commercial ID cards for exporting goods from Free Zones

Customs export office of Iran has announced conditions for providing Commercial ID card for the purpose of exporting goods from free trade zones.
Public Relations and International Affairs department of Arvand Free Zone Organization reports, according to Freena news agency, Customs export office of Iran based on the letter received from import and export regulations Office of Trade Promotion Organization of Iran, center of imports and the free zones and special zones affairs, regarding conditions for providing commercial ID cards and customs formalities in Free Trade- Industrial Zones and Special Economic zones declared, commodities that are imported to commercial-industrial free zones and special economic zones from customs territory and exported to abroad from the same area will be subjected to import and export regulations according to Article 17 of the Law on industrial and commercial free zones and  Note 1 of Article 8 of the law on special economic zones. Exporters are required to provide commercial ID cards and to undertake other formalities based on the regulations of export, import and customs affairs derived from Article 8 of the Law on Special Economic Zones and its executive regulations Article 8, as well as Article 14 of Free Zones Act and paragraph 1 of Article 9 export, import and customs affairs regulations of Free Zones, Goods produced in these regions for export and regulating export declaration
are not required to provide commercial ID cards.
Declaring exportable shipments that are mentioned in the comprehensive system of customs is possible without the requirement of providing commercial ID card and obtaining certificate issued by the Head of Customs in the origin.
